If I had to give Dr. Gaines and his staff a grade for facial work, it would be A++. Every interaction I had with them was professional and caring. Dr. Gaines is superb. First and foremost, he is a top-notch facial surgeon, as evidenced by his attention to detail. He studies your face carefully, and formulates a plan to make you look like yourself–only 10 or 20 years younger. You will not turn into a goon or a startled, stretched caricature of yourself. The surgery he does is complex but minimally invasive. It leaves virtually no telltale signs because the scars are tiny and disappear into the hairline. Second, he takes many precautions to prevent post-op complications (which I have seen become serious in patients elsewhere), including strategically-timed post-op checks…He has many years of experience, and it shows. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Gaines. He is an architect of the face who gets marvelous results.

I trust my face only to Dr. Gaines and Gaines Plastic Surgery. I first visited Gaines Plastic Surgery a year ago for Juvederm and Botox injections. I was 62 years old at the time and had grown displeased by the weathered appearance the creases of age had etched in my otherwise interesting face. The injections resolved the worst of my creases, so I moved on to a series of Morpheus treatments, an FDA-approved procedure that minimizes fine facial lines much in the way dermabrasion does, but without the loss of surface skin. Dr. Gaines recommended this procedure to me, and I have been exceedingly pleased with the results. My face has a renewed suppleness and freshness it was losing before the treatments began.

I had my Votiva procedures done at Dr. Gaines’ office with his nurse practitioner, Kelly. I have 3 kids and had started to experience some mild incontinence which made it difficult to go for runs, but now I don’t have to put a pad in my undies when I run anymore! Even though it was just a few drops, it was really annoying to me. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcome and comfortable. I was nervous for sure! But Kelly put me at ease. We chatted about Votiva in a private setting before the actual treatment and she helped me feel confident about going forward. The treatment itself didn’t take long and wasn’t painful. I started to experience results after just two weeks (!) – I’m so glad I went ahead and did it!
